Breastfeeding 101
Would you like to be more confident feeding starting your breastfeeding journey? This interactive class will give you the tools you desire to feel more confident in bringing your new baby home. Breastfeeding 101 is a dynamic class that will prepare you for how to begin and navigate your nursing relationship! We start right at the very beginning with what to expect right after birth, getting off to the right start with breastfeeding, troubleshooting any challenges, returning to work and more. This class is kept small to increase class participation.
INVESTMENT: $60 for the birthing person and 1 support person
Until October 2023 - Classes are held at Comprehensive Women's Health (CWH) and run from 6-9 p.m.
After October 2023 Classes will be held at the Florida School of Traditional Midwifery
2024 Class Dates:
May 2nd, June 13th, July 18, September 4th

Baby Care Basics is an extensive class that will prepare you for how to care for your new baby! We start right at the very beginning with what to expect right after birth and move through caring for your new baby. This class is kept small to increase class participation.
