I provide nurturing support and guidance tailored to match what you and your growing family need.
The postpartum period can be challenging, overwhelming, amazing and magical all at the same time. As your postpartum doula I will work with your family to help during this transition. I will be there with you to support your journey as you adjust to life with a newborn.
What does postpartum doula care look like?
Personalized support to achieving your feeding goals with expert lactation support, bottle feeding, newborn care, setting up a realistic sleep environment, soothing your new baby, and more. I provide support to your partner to increase their confidence with baby. Have a kiddo already, I also assist with sibling adjustments. I am happy to take care of baby after they are fed to ensure you and your partner get some much needed rest, take care of light housekeeping and even run errands. Prior to providing support we will meet to discuss your goals and preferences.
INVESTMENT
For daytime support each visit must be a minimum of 3 hours, for overnight support each visit must be a minimum of 5 hours. This is to ensure the family can truly benefit from the doula visit. Packages will be personalized to meet you needs.
Hourly Rates:
Daytime Support - $30.00 per hour
Nighttime Support - $45.00 per hour
If buying in bulk, 15 hours or more, the pricing is discounted as follows:
- Daytime Support - $25.00 per hour
- Nighttime Support - $40.00 per hour
