THE VALUE OF DOULA SUPPORT: Research continues to demonstrate the benefits of having trained, well-educated, continuous support to move through the process of labor, birth and during the postpartum period. My role is to serve as your guide, to offer evidence-based resources, information and hands-on support that match your needs. My job is to get to know you and your partner, to understand your goals for labor and birth, and to help those become realized. No matter how you birth your baby, you deserve to know all of the options available, you deserve to feel confident, loved and nurtured. You deserve a non-judgmental, positive birthing space, my job is to ensure that happens. You and your partner can take comfort in knowing you have the expert support you desire.

SERVICE PACKAGES AVAILABLE:
INCLUDES:
- Telephone/in-person doula consultation
- Assistance with preparation of your birth preferences
- A personal connection with your backup doula
- 1-2 prenatal visits (your back up doula will attend at least 1 visit)
- 24-hour on-call time beginning at 38 weeks
- Phone, email, and in-person contact during the on-call time
- Unlimited support during labor and birth
- 1-2 Postpartum follow-up and breastfeeding support visits in your home

This enhanced service package includes classic doula services, Empowered Childbirth Series (4 classes), Baby Care Basics, and Breastfeeding 101 classes. This package is all you need to feel confident moving through labor, birth, and care for your new baby. To learn more about class details please check them out!
COST: $1,540.00 (savings of $60.00)

This premium support package includes doula services with experienced lactation support! In addition to your postpartum visits, get 2 additional lactation visits in your home to use anytime during the first 6 months after birth! The initial lactation visit typically last 1-2 hours and the follow-up visit last ½ to 1 hour. This also includes phone support (both calls & text). Come home with confidence, knowing you have a Certified Lactation Counselor available to help you on your breastfeeding journey.
